Ingredients

  • 4 Slices Bon Matin™ No Fat, No Sugar Added 100% Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1 Pkg Oven Roasted Chicken Strips, chopped
  • 1/2 Carrot, grated
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Raisins
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 2 tbsp (10 mL) Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lettuce

Preparation

  1. Combine chicken, carrot, raisins, mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice and salt and
  2. pepper to taste.
  3. Place a leaf of lettuce on 2 slices of bread, spread each with a scoop of filling and top with the second slice of bread.
